These terms govern your use of the Jubarte web redline tool at redlines.free, redlines.jubarte.pro and redlines.arthur.law, provided by Jandira Technologies, LLC. The macOS application is governed by separate terms at jubarte.pro/terms.

Free use

This site lets you run a limited number of redlines at no charge, with no account and no payment. The allowance, and the availability of the site itself, may change or end at any time. Nothing here is a subscription, and no payment is taken.

If you need Jubarte beyond the free allowance, the macOS application is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store, or you can get in touch.

Your documents

Comparison happens in your browser; we neither receive nor store the documents you compare. You remain solely responsible for the documents you open and for having the right to process them.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Jubarte only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to circumvent the free-use allowance, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that degrades it for others.

Disclaimer

Jubarte is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. While Jubarte aims to produce accurate redlines, you are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it. Nothing produced by this tool is legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jandira Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jubarte.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
